Questions from Small Group

  1. Think about some popular movies, TV shows, songs, videos, etc. Based on what you see and read, what are some current "rules" for love, sex and dating? Which of those do you agree with or disagree with?

  2. Why is the "right person myth"? Do you agree that it is a myth? Have you seen this way of thinking impact your relationships or those of your friends?

  3. Brainstorm a list of qualities that you are looking for in a Mr/Miss Right. (We will provide a large post-it note to put on the wall and have a student write what your group comes up with...this should be fun)

  4. Read 1 Corinthians 13:4-5. In this passage we find a list of qualities for the "right" kind of person. Which of these qualities are most difficult for you to exhibit? Which of these qualities do you value most in someone you want to date?

  5. Share a few things you can do this week to become the person you are looking for is looking for. (a.k.a. the right person)
